I don’t mind telling you that I have a couple pretty rocking posts in the works, but for now here are a few good links, mostly to clear my conscience:
- You’re never too big to wear a condom. I mean, I knew condoms could stretch a lot, but this is a good demonstration of how miraculous they are. We’re so lucky to live in a time when reliable birth control is readily available.
- An inside look at the testing process that condoms undergo before they’re distributed in South Africa.
- Generic Lybrel is caught up in some legal issues, but should be available eventually.
- Strapped Condoms (launched by Houston’s very own J-Prince) has been raising awareness about safe sex among teens for a couple years, and now they have new ads out featuring Li’l Wayne (who allegedly goes to school with me, but I can’t find him in the people search online).
- And finally, a new law in Wisconsin requires hospitals to provide rape victims with emergency contraception. Props.
